Bookings are considered confirmed only if the deposit has been paid or credit card information has been provided; guests shall pay the balance the morning after arrival.

For further information, please comply with our reception hours: 9 am-12 noon / 3 pm -7 pm
Amenities and supplies: in the apartment you will find a complimentary bar of soap and toilet paper: during your stay you must provide for yourselves. An ordinary supply of linens includes: bed sheets + 1 bath towel + 1 face towel per person. Each additional change costs € 2 per piece. There are blankets in the cupboard or in the drawer under the bed. You will find cutlery in the table drawer.
Crib: 0-2 years of age € 20.00
Extra bed (where possible): € 50.00.
Early departures do not entitle guests to a reduction on the established price.
Malfunctions: please check the conditions and equipment/supplies of the apartment upon arrival and report any problems/malfunctions to personnel at the reception who will make repairs as soon as possible. Non-urgent assistance will not be given off schedule (before 8 am and after 6 pm).
Theft: guests are responsible for taking care of their possessions; we are not liable for theft, shortages or damage caused to things and vehicles.
End of your stay: the apartment must be returned to us as you found it; leave the kitchenette in perfect order, take bottles, newspapers and waste and dispose of them in the appropriate containers; turn off lights, heating and air conditioning.
We kindly ask that you close the sun umbrellas in the evening and in any case after using them, to prevent wind damage. Those failing to do so will be charged € 20.00. Check out is at 10.00 am.
Pets: by payment. € 25 per stay. Owners are kindly asked to dispose of the animal’s excrement.
Ecological suggestions
Water: it is particularly scarce in this area. Please don’t waste it.
Electricity: please remember to turn off the lights when you leave during the day. This way, you’ll be contributing to worldwide energy conservation.
Heating: the period and hours are regulated by regional laws (in Liguria from November 1st through April 15th).
Rubbish: A recycling policy has been implemented in the Cinque Terre National Park.
Surrounding areas: Please refrain from making excessive noise; you are personally responsible when using the private or public barbecue.
These regulations are to be considered implicitly accepted, as they are published on the website and in clear sight in each apartment.
